Interesting article over an evergreen issue with regards to scholarship bonds.

I have no take on this article. Just found it interesting.

At the same time, I am thankful for my chance to study in PKU. Had my parents paid for my uni education, family finances would be very much different now.

And my bond has just ended too! Nah.. i didn't celebrate it...just some notes on FB to note it down. It's been 9 years since I signed on that dotted line!
